We provide the client with different interior layout options. WE ALWAYS ADAPT TO EACH CLIENT.

We design custom solutions by adding, removing, and/or modifying elements to adapt to the client's needs.

Custom-made wardrobe interiors

The materials we use for manufacturing the interiors of custom-made wardrobes can be of different types:

Melamine or laminated materials are the most recommended for the inside of wardrobes.

These materials are durable, easy to clean, and more economical than natural veneer.

There are melamine boards that can imitate all types of wood.

Melamine is also available in various colors and textures; a popular one is the imitation of textile texture.

We manufacture in our carpentry workshop in Barcelona and there are no intermediaries, our wood suppliers are from Barcelona and the origin of the raw material is mainly national or from the European community with environmental sustainability certificate and GUARANTEED.

Wood for custom-made furniture

To make custom furniture, different types of wood are used depending on the type and the place where it will be installed:

Normally, for the manufacture of wardrobes and dressing rooms, for the interiors we advise making the interior structure, shelves and drawers with melamine-finished chipboard, for different reasons, price and quality.

There are different qualities and finishes, don't be fooled. We use top-quality materials for the manufacture of our cabinets, and for the melamine finishes, you can choose between plain white, textured, colored, or wood imitations with a wide variety of colors.

For higher quality and more durable furniture, MDF boards with a more compact core are also used. Finishes can include various colors, Formica veneers, or natural wood veneers with varnish. This product is somewhat more expensive and is recommended for specific applications.

For other furniture installed in places with high humidity conditions, for example bathrooms, custom-made furniture can be made with plywood boards. There are different types and qualities that are characterized by being very light yet resistant; they are widely used to make furniture in caravans and camper vans.

Custom-made furniture doors

The finishes can be wood, glass, or metal. There are different options; the most common are traditional swing doors, like any ordinary interior door, installed with hinges recessed into the frame, with the option of soft-close hinges.

Another very practical option for large dressing rooms and wardrobes is sliding doors that are installed with a bearing system on metal guides; when they move laterally, they do not take up space in the room.

Solid wood colonial furniture

We manufacture custom-made furniture of all types of solid and varnished wood.

When we talk about furniture made entirely of solid wood, nowadays this work is only done for very specific and special pieces of furniture because they have a very high price.

Colonial furniture consists of pieces inspired by the styles and designs of former European colonies, particularly during periods of colonization in the Americas, Africa, and Asia. Here are some distinctive characteristics of colonial furniture:

The woods we work with include mahogany, teak, and cedar. These woods were once abundant but are becoming increasingly scarce and are even protected due to deforestation in some areas.

• Colonial dining table: Sturdy and spacious, ideal for family gatherings.
• Straight-back chair: With wicker or upholstered seats.
• Colonial sideboard: With drawers and doors for storage.
• Canopy bed: Ornate and majestic.

In summary, colonial furniture combines functionality with classic beauty, and its style continues to be appreciated in interior design today.

We manufacture custom furniture

We also manufacture very specific furniture in MDF wood, which we then lacquer or varnish.

Manufacturing a piece of furniture for lacquering

In this specific case, we received a request for a quote to carry out the work; they sent us a very detailed sketch of the furniture they wanted to have made to measure.

The first contact is via WhatsApp, quick and fluid, he details the finish he wants for the furniture, photos of the location where it will be installed and other details.

We will respond to you with an indicative quote in just a few minutes.

Once we agreed on the price, we arranged a visit for the following day, checked the measurements, and began the work.

We started manufacturing the custom-made furniture

During the furniture manufacturing process, we keep the client informed of the progress and communicate to make last-minute changes, modifications, and possible improvements.

We manufacture the moldings

For the job we made the moldings in our workshop, very simple moldings glued to the surface of the doors and drawer fronts.

Custom-made furniture lacquering

Once all the work is correct and checked, we proceed to disassemble the furniture and send the doors, drawer fronts and side panels to our trusted lacquerer.

Installation of custom-made furniture

Finally, once everything is ready, we carry out the installation. We complete the assembly of the custom-made furniture in just a few hours, always striving to minimize disruption within the constraints of the renovation. And we clean up after the work is finished.
